Wolf giver of LIFE!
The role of the wolf is to keep cervidae (moose, deer, elk, caribou and musk ox) moving through the landscape preventing over browsing thus, ensuring the survival of plants. Plants are a food source for many species as well as play an important role in the health of soil integrity thus preventing erosion on hills sides and riverbanks and eventual ecological collapse.
Wolves are the forests managers and ensure the balance of the ecology - An essential keystone species. |
